MakeFixHack Newsletter - Schedule correction, Upcoming events, whats happening at MFH

tl;dr: Correction: Homemade Music is on 4/22, what people are working on, Upcoming Schedule

Hi All,

First, a correction to the schedule in last weeks newsletter: The Talk & Tinker Homemade Music night is on 4/22, and 4/15 is a normal, non-themed Talk & Tinker. I copy & pasted the formatting, but somehow missed the fact that 15 does not come after 19, so I apologize for the confusion.
On the subject of the Homemade Music night (on 4/22), I’m excited to say that the test build of the canjo was a success, and you can check it out next time you’re at the space. If you’re interested in building one, we’ll have kits available at the event (4/22), free for members and for a small donation for non-members. It’s a quick build, so you’ll have plenty of time left to work on another project, chat, or jam when you’re done. As for the theme itself, I’ll include a more detailed explanation next week, but basically, any music or music related project, repair, hack, or idea is great, but if you’re just coming to check out the space or work on something else, that’s welcome too, as Talk & Tinker is open to everyone.
